Mostly Metal Challenge

Thanks so much to Michelle Mach for hosting this challenge, I had a good time coming up with some designs with my kit.  These are my two pieces.  I wanted to get another one completed, but just never found the time.



I tried putting the sari silk on a necklace, but it just wasn't comfortable when I put it on.  So,the necklace became earrings.


This pendant came from Hopemore.  I found it one day when I was searching on Etsy for polymer clay pendants.  I used some black o-rings and added the charm at the side.

    I like the use of the Sari ribbon on the earrings--gives them a playful touch. I like how you've featured Hopemore's work in your necklace. It's so hard to believe that's polymer clay. Thanks for joining the challenge!

    These earrings are beautiful, and I love the necklace, too. I recently discovered Hopemore,and I'm a big fan, too! The earrings remind me of Christmas!!

    Nice! I'm in awe of the folks who made more than one piece! It's brilliant how you've pulled everything together. The earrings are enchanting and the necklace is totally Paris. Love all the chains and the big swivel lobster clasp! Nice!

    I love the necklace which makes me think of a by-gone era. I just recently purchased a pendant from Hopemore and I'm not sure whether I will be able to see the piece when it's done.

    I love it - especially the way the black jump rings complement the beautiful pendant. Is it resin over polymer? It has such a nice gleam. Just perfect with the "Oui" charm!
